It's hard to believe the seed that we planted in the spring is about to come to life... but with everything crossed we should be up and running this month!

We have a brilliant 6ft wide, deep, serve over counter like the ones we hire for the big shows and a stylish three tier patisserie display counter primed and ready to present everything beautifully and safely, a stripped back traditional Irish dresser for ambient 'stuff' and a couple of comfy chairs to rest upon whilst we pull your lunch together...

Followers will know we've been out on the road for weeks now at food festivals and events giving us a brilliant opportunity to scour the stalls for the very best dry cured meats, cheeses and other treats to compliment our own expanding repertoire...  just writing about these makes my mouth water...
